Warranty Information

Last updated: 4th September 2026.

Overview

This page summarises the warranties applicable to products and services from Beasley Pool Heating. Specific warranty terms vary by product and are provided in writing with your installation documentation or product packaging.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) operate alongside these warranties and cannot be excluded.

Your Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in our warranty terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Zane Solar Pool Heating Warranties:

    • Zane TPR solar pool heating systems (Gulfstream and Gulfpanel ranges) carry the Zane manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by product and are provided in writing with your system documentation. The Zane warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in collectors, controllers and sensors over a defined period. Refer to your Zane warranty documentation for specific coverage, terms and exclusions.

  • Guardian Pool Heat Pump Warranties:

    • Guardian pool heat pumps (Eco Pro, Lux V and commercial ranges) carry the Guardian manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty terms vary by model and are provided in writing with your unit documentation. The Guardian warranty typically covers compressor, heat exchanger, and electrical components over defined periods. Refer to your Guardian warranty documentation for specific coverage.

  • Other Product Warranties:

    • Other products and accessories carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Refer to product packaging or documentation for specific terms.

Beasley Installation Workmanship Warranty

in addition to manufacturer warranties on the products themselves, Beasley Pool Heating provides a workmanship warranty on installations we carry out. The workmanship warranty covers installation defects, that is, issues caused by how the system was installed rather than the product itself.

Specific workmanship warranty terms are set out in your installation documentation.

DIY Kit Warranties

  • Product Warranty: Zane Gulfstream DIY kit components carry the standard Zane manufacturer warranty, the same warranty as professionally installed Zane systems.

  • Installation Workmanship: For DIY kit installations, installation workmanship is the responsibility of the installer (you). Beasley's workmanship warranty does not extend to installations we did not carry out.

However, we support DIY installers throughout the install process by phone and email, and we'll help diagnose installation-related issues to identify whether they're warranty-eligible product issues or installation issues.

What's Covered

Warranties typically cover:

  • Manufacturing defects in products

  • Component failures during the warranty period

  • Performance below specified levels (where attributable to the product)

  • Installation defects (for Beasley installations only)

What's Not Covered

Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Damage from improper use, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage from external causes (severe weather including hail, vandalism, electrical surges)

  • Damage from poor pool water chemistry

  • Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Routine wear-and-tear of consumable components (e.g. perished plumbing fittings, sensor degradation)

  • Damage from installation by parties other than Beasley (excluding genuine product defects)

Refer to your specific warranty documentation for full inclusions and exclusions.
