IN-HOUSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Pool Heating Service & Support, in-House Team, Parts in Stock, 48 to 72hr Response
Beasley Pool Heating runs its own in-house service department across South Australia, covering solar pool heating, heat pumps, filtration, electrical and broader pool equipment. We aim for a 48 to 72 hour service response from our Beverley warehouse, where we keep Zane and Guardian spares on the shelf. We specialise in Zane and Guardian, but we have the knowledge and experience to service just about any make and model of solar system or heat pump. We stand by the products we help develop, supply and sell, and back them with strong manufacturer warranties and support. Family-owned since 1979, we still look after systems we installed in the late 1990s. Service is how we earn that longevity.
WHO WE HELP
Who Beasley's service department helps
Whether you're a long-time Beasley customer, you've inherited a system installed by someone else, or you're researching pool heating brands before you buy, our service department is here for the long term. Here's specifically who we help.
Our service department is for:
Existing Beasley customers
Every system we install is supported by us for its full service life. Many of our service customers are still on systems we installed in the late 1990s.

Owners of any Guardian heat pump
Eco Pro, Lux V, residential and commercial. Authorised parts and service for the full Guardian range.
Owners of any Zane solar system
We service every Zane system (Gulfstream, Gulfpanel, residential and commercial), regardless of who originally installed it. Authorised Zane parts in stock.
Owners of other-brand pool heating
We service most major brands of solar pool heating and pool heat pumps. Call us with your brand and model and we'll let you know if we can help.
And we also help:
Inheritors of older or failed systems
Just bought a home with an old pool heating system you're not sure about? We assess older systems, advise on repair versus replace, and quote either path.
Prospective buyers researching long-term support
If you're choosing between installers, the service department is the most important thing to evaluate. We're set up to support every system for its full life.

THE SERVICE PROCESS
What happens when you book a service visit
Same process every time, whether you're a long-term customer or you've never met us before. Here's exactly what happens.
1. You call or book online
Phone (08) 8349 4333 during business hours, or use the online booking form any time. We respond within one business day.
2. We assess the issue
A brief diagnostic chat by phone: what the system is, what's happening, and when it started, so we arrive at the visit knowing what to expect. Email some photos of the manifold (we can usually tell the brand from that if you're unsure) and photos of the problem area to sales@bpp.com.au
3. We confirm a service window
Most metro visits are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours. Regional visits are scheduled around travel logistics, and we'll be clear about timing.
4. The service visit
A Beasley technician arrives in our marked van, with the most likely parts already on the truck (Zane and Guardian spares are in stock). Most issues are diagnosed and resolved in a single visit.
5. Transparent reporting, quotes and ongoing support
You'll get a clear explanation of what we found, what we did, and what (if anything) is recommended next. Repair quotes are itemised and explained before work proceeds. In-warranty issues we claim directly with the manufacturer; out-of-warranty pricing is upfront. Either way, the relationship continues.

WHAT SERVICE COSTS
What does pool heating service cost?
Honest answer: it depends on what's wrong, what brand and age the system is, and whether the work is in warranty. Here's the shape of it so you know what to expect.

WE HAVE THE ANSWERS
Pool heating service FAQs
We strive for a 48 to 72 hour service response across metro Adelaide. Regional response times depend on travel logistics, and we'll confirm a service window when you call. Emergency situations (for example, commercial pools with operational impact) are prioritised.
No. We take pride in servicing every system we've installed. On top of that, our knowledge and experience means we can service and support most makes and models of solar pool heating and pool heat pumps installed by others. Call us with your brand and model and we'll confirm before booking.
Yes. Zane and Guardian parts are stocked at our Beverley warehouse, which means most repairs to systems we install are completed within 48 to 72 hours. For other brands, we source parts as required, so timing varies by brand and availability.
We service out-of-warranty systems regularly. Repair pricing is quoted upfront before work proceeds, and we'll give you an honest assessment of repair versus replace if the system is approaching end-of-life.
For Zane and Guardian systems we've installed, we handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer, so you don't need to. For other brands, we can often process the claim on your behalf depending on the manufacturer.
Yes. Commercial service contracts with defined response times (SLAs) are available for hotels, schools, aquatic centres, retirement villages and other facilities requiring guaranteed uptime. Get in touch to scope.
We'll be upfront if a system is approaching end-of-life. Some older systems are uneconomical to repair, and replacement is the better answer. We'll quote both paths so you can decide.

Keep Up the Great Work Guys
"Five stars for Henry and his team. They were great right from the process of provide quote (best price), site visit, equipment installation (modified their standard process to suit my property’s requirements at no extra cost) and, more importantly providing prompt after sales-service.
Everyone was punctual, respectful in behaviour and super helpful with general maintenance tips and advice. Keep up the great work guys."
