THE RELATIONSHIP CONTINUES
Aftersales Care: The Relationship Doesn't End at Handover
Aftersales care is what Beasley Pool Heating provides to customers in the months, years and decades after an install. From commissioning on day one, through to warranty support, annual check-ups, parts supply and end-of-life replacement advice, every system we install is supported by us for its full service life. Many of our active service customers are still on systems we installed in the late 1990s. Family-owned since 1979, with an in-house service team, parts in stock at our Beverley warehouse, and a 48 to 72 hour metro response guarantee.
WHO IT'S FOR
Who aftersales care is for
Aftersales care is built around customers we've installed for, but the principles also matter if you're researching pool heating brands before you buy. Here's specifically who this is relevant for.
Aftersales care matters to you if:
You're an existing Beasley customer
Every customer we install for is supported by us for the full service life of their system. Routine service, repairs, warranty work and end-of-life advice are all part of being a Beasley customer.

You're considering Beasley for a new install
The aftersales care offering is part of what you're buying when you choose Beasley. The cheapest install is never cheap if there's nobody to call two years later.
You inherited a Beasley system with a property
Bought a home with a Beasley-installed system? You inherit the support relationship too. Get in touch, because we have records of most installs going back decades.
You're choosing between installers
Service capability is the single most important non-product factor when choosing a pool heating installer. The aftersales offering on this page is the standard you should benchmark against.
How to access aftersales care:
1. Call or email, we pull up your record
Phone (08) 8349 4333 during business hours, or email sales@bpp.com.au any time. We hold install records for most jobs going back decades: we know what system you have, when it was installed, and what's been done since.
2. We diagnose, schedule and resolve
Most service issues are diagnosed and resolved in a single visit, with the most likely parts already on the truck. Use the online booking form for non-urgent requests.
THE STANDING RELATIONSHIP
What aftersales care actually includes
Aftersales isn't a single product. It's the standing relationship between us and every customer we install for. Here's what that includes in practice.

FROM DAY ONE TO YEAR 25
What happens after your install, from day one to decades later
Pool heating is a 15 to 25 year investment. Here is how the aftersales relationship plays out over that time.
Day 1. Commissioning and handover
We start the system, set the controller, walk you through the processes, and leave the printed operation manual. You know how to use it before we leave.
The first 12 months. Settling in
All systems run smoothly from day one; if anything doesn't feel right, call us, because early adjustments are easy. Some customers want the top-out temperature tweaked in the first month, and we recommend an optional first annual service at the 12-month mark for heat pumps and solar.
Years 1 to 5. Routine support
Aftersales contact is typically light. Call our friendly team for any occasional questions, the odd controller adjustment, and any potential warranty issues, which we'll process directly with the manufacturer.
Years 5 to 15. Component lifecycle
Some serviceable components (sensors, valves, controllers) have shorter lifespans than the collectors or heat pump units themselves; replacing them is straightforward, with parts in stock. Most well-maintained heat pumps will still be running to an operational standard, and we assess each unit on its merits: sometimes repair is the right call, sometimes replacement makes more sense.
"Five stars for Henry and his team. Best price, modified the standard process to suit my property's requirements at no extra cost, and prompt after-sales service."

WHAT IT COSTS
What does aftersales care cost?

WE HAVE THE ANSWERS
Aftersales care FAQs
As long as the system still stands. Many of our active service customers are on systems we installed in the late 1990s. There's no cut-off. If you own a Beasley install, we support it.
Yes. The new owner inherits the support relationship. They can call us, we'll have your install record, and we'll service the system on the same terms.
For heat pumps and solar, we recommend an annual service. That said, most systems run trouble-free for years between visits. We can flag service intervals if you want us to.
For most issues, the system continuing to operate isn't critical overnight, so book service the next business morning. For commercial customers with SLA contracts, after-hours response is available.
Not a problem. We hold install records for most jobs going back decades. Call us with your address and we'll pull up the file.
Yes. DIY customers get the same phone and email support during install, the same parts supply availability, and the same service relationship long-term. The only difference is we didn't do the original install ourselves.
When a system approaches end-of-life (typically 25 years for solar, up to 15 years for heat pumps), we'll give you honest, real-world advice on repair versus replace and quote both paths so you can decide.

WHY THE RELATIONSHIP MATTERS
Why long-term support should shape who you buy from
A pool heating system is a 15 to 25 year purchase, so who stands behind it matters more than any spec sheet. Here is how the aftersales relationship compares across the ways you can buy.

Keep Up the Great Work Guys
"Five stars for Henry and his team. They were great right from the process of provide quote (best price), site visit, equipment installation (modified their standard process to suit my property’s requirements at no extra cost) and, more importantly providing prompt after sales-service.
Everyone was punctual, respectful in behaviour and super helpful with general maintenance tips and advice. Keep up the great work guys."
