This page sets out our shipping and returns policy for products purchased through the Beasley Pool Heating online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping

Where we ship: we ship Australia-wide.

Shipping cost: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight and dimensions, and chosen shipping method.

Processing time: most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Larger or custom orders may take longer; we'll confirm timing if dispatch is delayed.

Delivery time: delivery time varies by location:

Adelaide metro: typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch

Regional SA: typically 2 to 5 business days

Other states: typically 3 to 7 business days

Remote areas: timing varies, contact us for estimates

Tracking: you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery requirements: larger items (e.g. complete DIY kits and Heat Pumps) may require someone present at the delivery address. The shipping company will contact you to arrange suitable timing.

Damaged or missing items: if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We'll work with you and the shipping company to resolve it.

Pickup from showroom: you can collect orders from our Beverley showroom instead of having them shipped. Call ahead to confirm stock and arrange pickup time. Address: 3 Ledger Road, Beverley SA 5009. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Returns
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't perform as it should, you're entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in original, unopened, resaleable condition with all original packaging and accessories

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at your expense

A restocking fee may apply (confirm at time of return)

Change-of-mind returns are not available on:

Custom or made-to-order items

Items that have been opened, installed, or used

Sale or clearance items (where marked as final sale)

How to return an item To initiate a return:

We'll provide return shipping instructions and confirm any restocking fees

Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Send the item via tracked shipping (at your cost for change-of-mind returns)

Once received and inspected, we'll process the refund (typically within 5 business days)

Faulty or incorrect items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We'll arrange return shipping at our cost

We'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law

Refund method Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3 to 10 business days to when the refund appears in your account.

DIY Kit-Specific Notes

Sizing before ordering: use our Solar Sizing Calculator or call us to confirm you're ordering the right kit size for your pool. We'd much rather take 10 minutes on the phone before you order than have you receive the wrong product.

Partial kit returns Once a kit has been opened or unpacked, the return is generally treated as a used product. Contact us if you have a specific situation, and we'll work with you where possible.
