Yes. We've developed an easy process using our knowledge and experience: Near Map satellite imagery, a few photos of your pool equipment and, if necessary, your switchboard. If we're unsure about anything, we'll organise an onsite visit, which is free across metro Adelaide.
We don't actively respond on weekends, but enquiries submitted on the weekend are typically answered first thing Monday morning.
