HOW IT ALL WORKS
Servicing, Spare Parts & Warranties: How It All Works
This page covers the practical side of ongoing support from Beasley Pool Heating: how to book service, how warranty claims are handled, what spare parts we keep in stock at our Beverley warehouse, and what service call-outs cost.
Same operational standards across solar pool heating, pool heat pumps and broader pool equipment. Family-owned in Adelaide since 1979, with an in-house service team, a 48 to 72 hour metro response guarantee, and Zane and Guardian parts in stock.
WHO IT’S FOR
Who this page is for

This page is for you if you:
Need to book a service visit
The booking process is on this page, plus contact details and what to expect.

Need a spare part
Information on what we stock, what we source, and how to order.
Need to understand warranty coverage
We explain how Zane and Guardian warranties work, what we handle for you, and what you do yourself (almost nothing).
Are unsure about service fees or repair costs
Standard pricing principles explained, no surprises. Plus exactly what a routine annual service includes.
How to book service
Phone or email
Phone is preferred for urgent issues. Call (08) 8349 4333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm) and for most issues we can confirm a service window during the call. Or email sales@bpp.com.au any time with your address, system type and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day.
Online booking
Use the online booking form for non-urgent service requests. Fill in the basics and we’ll be in touch within one business day. When you book we’ll ask for your address, system type, approximate age if known, what’s happening and any error codes, and whether we installed the original system (it helps us pull the record).
SPARE PARTS
Spare parts at our Beverley warehouse
We stock Zane and Guardian spares at our Beverley warehouse, which means most repairs to systems we install are completed within 48 to 72 hours of your call, with the right part already on the truck.

Other brands: for systems from other manufacturers, we source parts as required. Timing varies by brand and availability. Major brands can usually be sourced within a few days; some uncommon brands take longer.
Walk-in spare parts: if you’d like to collect a part directly from our showroom, call ahead to confirm we have it in stock. Address: 3 Ledger Road, Beverley SA 5009.
WARRANTIES
How warranty claims work
For Zane and Guardian systems we’ve installed, warranty handling is invisible to you. We do the admin, the claim and the repair. You don’t deal with the manufacturer. Here’s how it works.
Zane solar warranty
Zane systems carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which is industry-leading for solar pool heating. Specific terms vary by product (Gulfstream versus Gulfpanel) and were provided in writing with your install documentation. If something covered fails, we diagnose, claim with Zane, and repair, usually with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Guardian heat pump warranty
Guardian heat pumps carry their full manufacturer warranty. Terms differ slightly between Eco Pro, Lux V and commercial units. Same process as Zane, we handle the claim with Guardian directly.
Beasley installation workmanship guarantee
On top of manufacturer warranties, our installation workmanship is backed by Beasley directly. If something we installed is faulty due to installation rather than the product itself, we fix it.
Out-of-warranty systems
Once a system is past its warranty period, we still service it. Repairs are quoted upfront, parts come from our Beverley warehouse, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of repair versus replace if the system is approaching end-of-life.
What we’ll ask when you book
Your address, system type (solar, heat pump, brand if known), approximate age if known, what’s happening and any error codes, and whether we installed the original system.

FAQS
Servicing, parts & warranty FAQs
Most metro Adelaide service visits are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of booking. Regional response is scoped on travel logistics, typically within a week, sometimes longer depending on location. Emergency situations (commercial pools with operational impact) are prioritised.
Your address, system type (solar, heat pump, brand if known), approximate age if known, and a brief description of what’s happening. If you have an error code displayed on the controller, note it, because it often helps us arrive with the right parts.
For Zane and Guardian systems we’ve installed, we process warranty claims directly with the manufacturer, so you don’t need to. For other brands, we can often handle the claim on your behalf depending on the manufacturer. Either way, we confirm warranty coverage before any chargeable work begins.
For Zane and Guardian parts, yes, just call ahead to confirm stock, then collect from the Beverley showroom or arrange shipping. For some parts (particularly electrical components or items requiring specific installation), we recommend booking the service to ensure correct installation.
It’s recommended for diagnostic visits and discussions. That said, as long as we have access, you do not need to be home.
The technician will let you know what they’ve found, what they recommend, and what the cost would be, and you decide whether to proceed. We don’t carry out additional chargeable work without your approval.
The standard call-out fee covers travel, initial diagnostic and the first 30 minutes of work. If we identify a covered warranty issue during the call-out, the call-out fee will be waived or processed through the warranty claim, so confirm at booking.

SERVICE REVIEWS
The Test Is What Happens When It Breaks
Anyone can sell you a system. The measure of a business is what happens the day it needs a part or a service call.
Keep Up the Great Work Guys
"Five stars for Henry and his team. They were great right from the process of provide quote (best price), site visit, equipment installation (modified their standard process to suit my property’s requirements at no extra cost) and, more importantly providing prompt after sales-service.
Everyone was punctual, respectful in behaviour and super helpful with general maintenance tips and advice. Keep up the great work guys."
